    Amen! I’m a big fan of good communication… Effective messaging can be only part of the battle, though. Researchers say 2/3rds of the intent of a message is communicated nonverbally – by body language, tone of voice, facial expression.. So not just talking, but looking, listening and feeling. The best leaders in my life communicate sincerely on all those levels.
