    Amen! I’m a big fan of good communication… Effective messaging can be only part of the battle, though. Researchers say 2/3rds of the intent of a message is communicated nonverbally – by body language, tone of voice, facial expression.. So not just talking, but looking, listening and feeling. The best leaders in my life communicate sincerely on all those levels.

    Agreed! One great tool I have used to show important words in a passage or other writing is Wordle.net
