I find your analysis to be very true, especially the leader’s inate desire for control and expediency. When one feels crunched to get it all done, empowerment of others is often the first thing to go. Yet, it is also the one thing that may have the best long term pay off. Thinking long term is the challenge, isn’t it? @revbojo
