		<description>Will, this is extremely good stuff and so in line with the mission and vision of CO - reaching, building, and launching leaders - I want to add DREAMING in between building and launching after reading this. I love the following - &#039;managing dreams&#039; - i need to do this more as a leader, starting w myself and Aimee. &#039;cultivating conversations&#039; - the dangerous promise - feel like this is critical to the health and longevity of building any organization! 
one thing that might be nuanced for us/ campus ministry / young ministers is the need for MODELS - esp of those who dream AND their dreams... so I believe at some level and at some point in the growth of an organization that it&#039;s ok for the leaders dreams to be the leadership team dreams as well as the organizational dreams.
