You hit the nail on the head with these 5 points. It is both draining and frustrating having a big vision, but feeling like you keep hitting roadblocks to bring it to fulfillment. Getting the big dream or vision from God is only part of the process. The execution – in God’s timing, with his motivation, with His people, for His glory – is where many talented leaders get tripped up. This was a great reminder to refocus on Him while executing His vision.
