Wow! Thanks for sharing Will. This is a great tool for leaders to walk with their people through. I can tell you that after I was saved, a guy named Barry Enloe picked me up and took me to youth group so I could be discipled, because he believed in me and felt I had a call on my life. His small sacrifice built a foundation for me. I am in ministry today because of guys like him!
I feel like I have new energy to go after a few guys I know and push them toward greatness!
