When the February issue of Fast Company came in the mail and I saw the cover articles on “Generation Flux,” I knew you would make a connection to it. A great article that fits nicely with your post! Here’s an appropriate quote: “The vast bulk of our institiutions – educational, corporate, political – are not built for flux. Few traditional career tactics train us for an era where the most important skill is the ability to acquire new skills.”
