Clear, concise, correct. #5 reminded me of how often Jesus took along Peter, James and John to not only see what He was doing, but experience it first hand. I’m certain that they were much more effective for bringing the others along by having that experience. Ministry leaders would do well to practice the same thing – doing ministry with team members along side, directly involved.
