Today we begin a 2-day training time with our largest Auxano team ever.

My personal mantra for this time is: It's not about what you can do, but what you can duplicate.

For the last 11 years, when I get out of bed in the morning, I think about the 6-8 churches that I am personally navigating through the Vision Pathway. These days I think about our team of navigators. Having confronted the sheer limitation of how many churches I can serve alone, I would rather give my life to the replication of vision clarity for gospel-centered organizations everywhere. I want to invest deeply in the continuation of the not-to-common art of the strategic outsider. Leadership teams need growth guides and coaches in order to reach their full potential.

  • Where have you confronted your own limitations?

  • What are you gifted and passionate enough about, that the thought of it not continuing past your life is painful?

  • How are you investing in others to duplicate your unique contribution to the world?

  • What will be your legacy when your short life is complete?

It's not about what you can do; it's about what you can duplicate.
