Ed Stetzer and I have partnered to create a brand new opportunity for pastors just like you. We will be leading a cohort of large church pastors through a 3-year process to give you the training and understanding you need to lead and serve your church in this new, post-COVID reality.
Through Ed Stetzer’s role as a faculty member and Dean of the School of Mission, Ministry, and Leadership at Wheaton College, this 3-year process will earn you an M.A. in Ministry Leadership. If you’ve never started or finished your master’s degree, this is the perfect way to do it. Our collaboration allows you to benefit from the disparate experiences Ed and I have had in serving local churches over the last 25 years.

We know you are leading a church and the curriculum is structured with that in mind. We will gather at the Wheaton College campus for just three separate weeks each year, allowing you to continue the important ministry you’re doing while applying what you’re learning as you go along.
Although all of the long-term effects of the COVID pandemic are not yet known, we know they are coming. Ed and I have worked together to develop a program that will enable you to think clearly and strategize effectively as you navigate these cultural shifts. In addition, we will continue crafting the program over the next 3 years to adjust our content to ensure you’re receiving our latest insights on the challenges the Church is facing in America.
